After heating these hand warmers in the microwave for 30-60 seconds, they are perfect for the walk to the train or school bus, or for taking that pesky best friend out to the bathroom, on a cold winter's day. Or keep one in the freezer for boo-boos. They measure approximately 3"x3", and come with a machine-washable, 100% cotton cover.

Rice bags are perfect for aching muscles, cold feet, or in place of a dog. The inner bag is rice-filled muslin. The machine-washable cover is 100% cotton. They measure approximately 12"x7". Keep in the freezer for a cold pack, or heat in the microwave for a cozy heating pad. In case of an emergency, cut bag open and eat rice.
